Not All SSL Certificates Are Created Equal

Our ResNexus Road Trip Program continues! In May of this year, we had the pleasure of visiting the captivating Boone and Blowing Rock areas of North Carolina, nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountain hill country. The region's popularity as a summer destination stems from its pleasant climate in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, where adventurers enjoy kayaking, skiing, hiking, rock climbing, and more. The age-old peaks paint a truly gorgeous portrait, a perfect destination for our road trip.

During this road trip, we achieved a remarkable milestone, surpassing 500 properties visited on our Road Trip Program. We visited 21 properties during this trip, bringing our grand total to 517 properties visited across 38 ResNexus Road Trips.

"The Road Trip was amazing at Boone/Blowing Rock/Banner Elk/Newland. The owners Mike and Jackie were able to attend along with my husband and myself. It was very informative and we learned some little tricks to make our jobs easier and made us feel more comfortable with the program. The dinner was nice a BBQ from Pedalin' Pig. The next day the team was at Big Mike's Creekside RV Campground to do our account review with Richard while his team took a ton of pictures and a drone, which will helped us even more."

As part of each of our Road Trips, we like to treat local industry professionals to a catered dinner. This time, we hosted a well-attended dinner catered with great food by The Pedalin' Pig and shared five simple yet effective tools to enhance hospitality businesses. We're so grateful to have this opportunity to meet face-to-face with innkeepers and managers across the country.

ResNexus is always innovating with new tools, features, and enhancements to help make property management easier and more effective. But it's not always easy to stay on top of the latest that ResNexus has to offer. For that reason, we offer personalized, in-person account reviews for the properties we visit on our road trips. This gives us an opportunity to share some industry trends and insights, and gives the property managers or hoteliers the chance to ask questions and offer feedback. The success of our clients is very important to us, so we want to provide all the help we can!

Networking and Education

ResNexus Hosted Dinner

As is our usual tradition, we hosted an industry dinner and presentation for local properties! Those who braved the massive storm on the coast to come to the Sequoia Conference Center were treated to a fantastic taco bar and tech tool industry tips, as well as the opportunity to meet with our road trip team and other property owners.

That storm really did a number on us, though. With 70 mph winds, it knocked out power in areas, and even downed some trees on the highway! We're grateful everyone made it safe and sound, and that we were still able to host. That's the thing about our road trips—you never know what to expect!
