ResNexus does not charge a total booking value fee for direct online or over the phone reservations.
Little Hotelier Pricing
Like ResNexus, Little Hotelier charges a flat rate based off of your units. Their Basic pricing starts at $30 plus 1% of the total booking value fee for all bookings. For example, if your total booking value for a month was $1,000 then your total cost would be $40. That means your monthly price can increase based on booking volume with the Basic plan. Little Hotelier's Pro Plan is more expensive than their Basic Plan but drops the 1% total booking value fee. You may have to pay more money to 3rd party partners for some functionality that is normally included in ResNexus.

Little Hotelier Has Smaller Room Pictures
Little Hotelier thumbnail pictures found on both the Basic and Pro plans are smaller than the thumbnail pictures on ResNexus. Both ResNexus and Little Hotelier let the guest click on an additional link to view larger pictures.
ResNexus Shows All You Have to Offer
Right from the start your guest can see what they want to see: your rooms and units! If there is no vacancy then the guest can quickly select the 2-month or more calendar and see when the unit is available right from the start. Your guest doesn't have to guess what dates are available.

There are few things more frustrating to a potential guest than seeing no room pictures when they have selected their travel dates. Little Hotelier Basic starts with reservation calendar with no pictures. To view room pictures your guest will have to click on a link or scroll down the page. In addition, while the Basic plan calendar does show available days with the room rate, when clicked they do not add the room to the cart.

The automated Travel Protection refund portal looks like your online booking engine and helps reduce the headache of managing the administration of refund processing. In addition, much of the refund or reimbursement process is automatically handled by ResNexus on your behalf.
