Cart abandonment is a feature that helps your potential guests remember to finish completing their reservations. Whenever a guest enters the details of their stay but fails to check out, ResNexus will send them a reminder email that their reservation isn't yet complete.

As with all the emails you send to guests in ResNexus, the text and layout are fully customizable. You'll be able to build a custom template that encourages your potential guests to finish their reservations. You can also offer potential guests a discount if they complete their reservation. Set It and Forget It

You're in control of when the cart abandonment emails go out. The default is set to 45 minutes after they enter their email address, with a follow up email sent after 3 days. You can even schedule that email to go out at a time when your potential guest is most likely to see and read it. Make your guests feel cared for by reminding them how much you'd enjoy it if they stayed with you!
