You can configure ResNexus to send out welcome emails each day to guests who are arriving soon. Guests love welcome emails because they can print them out or pull them up on their smartphone for quick reference.
Welcome emails serve as reminders and reduce no shows. Some guests sincerely forget about their trip, while others call and adjust their reservation due to complications that have come up.
We recommend sending out at least two welcome emails. The first, a few weeks before they arrive, letting them know about activities in the area, as well as preparations they should make. In the first welcome email you can highlight specials and packages you offer. Include a map with directions and their reservation information. In the second welcome email, keep it simple with just the pertinent arrival details.
