Save Time on Event Planning With Group Reservations

After you've blocked off the dates and approximate number of rooms or units for the group, a custom booking engine link becomes available for you to send to the group coordinator. They can then share this link with all the other group members, and you simply watch as the block fills up with individual bookings.

This allows the group to decide amongst themselves where to put everyone in the most efficient way. And each guest must agree to your policies as part of this process, so no one is allowed to slip through the cracks. Finally, each guest in the group receives their own automatic confirmation email for their specific reservation.

As the property manager, you have control over how long the reservation block remains in place, and therefore how long the group has to decide on their booking arrangements. You can choose to leave the block in place all the way until the event date, or you can provide the group with a deadline by which to finalize their reservations. Once that deadline arrives, the existing reservations remain in place, but the remaining availability within the block opens up to make room for other guests.
