Reservation Nexus increases customer connectivity

"Since we started using Reservation Nexus we've seen an increase in bookings and we've also seen an increase in customer connectivity and activity back and forth between emails. We'll send them birthday invitations or happy anniversary cards, things like that, and our guests really do enjoy interacting with us so they will send us thank you notes which is very pleasant. I have never been in a business where we have such a loving trust between our guests and us as innkeepers.

What Reservation Nexus does for our bed and breakfast here at Touchstone is the same thing that my knives do for me in the kitchen. It's something that I can be effective without them but I'm more efficient and more effective with them.
