Reservation Nexus is easy to use

"One of the things that I really like about Reservation Nexus is its ease of use. You look at it you know exactly what you're looking at. You know which guests have booked online and which ones you've done on the phone.

I got all the way through college without touching a computer so here I am trying to run a business and computers are slammed in my face - so this is easy to use. I really don't have any questions but when I do, I call the Red Carpet Service team and actually Jeff is my representative and he's fabulous.

Another thing that I like about Reservation Nexus is the ease of the reports. It's right there on the left hand side - you click it and go for it and it's right there in front of you."
