"I wanted to let you know how thrilled I am to continue to use Reservation Nexus. In 2001, when I initially opened the inn I used a traditional pencil and paper reservation system. In 2003 I discovered an online, real-time booking system in SuperInn and thought I had arrived. As my business continued to grow I required additional upgrades which were not available. I wanted to be able to add weddings, event bookings and include room photos on the availability calendar. I wanted the system to mesh seamlessly with my MAC computer as well as receive notification of online bookings when away from the inn.

While their staff was very accommodating they were not able to deliver on these requests. You offered a no risk trial, with incentives that gave me the motivation to give your product a whirl. You had me up and running in no time and the product is so simple to use that my 12 year old daughter can check guests in! Having the tool at my disposal was all it took!

You and the staff of Reservation Nexus are always available to answer questions, incredibly responsive to suggestions and always looking at new and creative ways to enhance this product.

My bottom line has gone way up. My 7% occupancy in January '07 is almost 70% this year! I can't thank you enough!

I recommend this product to every innkeeper who crosses my path. My only complaint is that I'm missing my normal January vacation.

I'm also impressed with how easy the system is to use -- staff members with next to no computer experience have been able to use ResNex with ease.

Reservation Nexus is a wonderful aid even when guests call to book by telephone -- I can confirm reservations from anywhere as long as there is a computer handy. I routinely forward calls to my cell phone when I'm away from the Blue Belle. Now, instead of taking the customer's number and telling them I'll have to get back to them, I can book reservations from my parents house, my husband's office... where ever I happen to be. All I have to do is log in, check availability, and click book. It's wonderful!"
