How does Reservation Nexus determine if the guest I enter is already in the system?

You can look up if a guest has stayed with you previously using the  Guest Lookup  button on the GUEST/PURCHASER page that pops up when you are taking a phone reservation, or when you click on the blue Guest tab anytime you open the Guest Summary page.
