How do I print out a receipt?Log onto Reservation Nexus -> Reservations -> Search. Enter the guest's phone number, name or information number. Reservations in RED were cancelled. Click on the guest's reservation number highlighted in blue to pull up the guest's reservation information and other details. Or if you already know which dates the guest is staying you can click on the guest's reservation on the 3 month calendar.  Click on the blue Payment tab on the right side of the page. This will open the PAYMENT & CARD ON FILE page. Click on the blue link at the bottom of the page that says Print Version. A new window will appear with a print version of the guest's reservation available for you to print from your local computer.
