How do I update a guest's information?

Once you log into Reservation Nexus go to Reservations -> Search. Enter the guest's phone number, name or reservation number. Reservations in RED were cancelled. Click on the guest's reservation number highlighted in blue to pull up the guest's reservation information and other details. Or if you already know which dates the guest is staying you can click on the guest's reservation on the 3 month calendar.  3 Month Calendar

Notice the blue tabs on the right hand side of the page. Click on the blue Guest tab. This will pull up the GUEST/PURCHASER page.

Once you update Guest Information on this page and click  Save,  all prior and future reservations for that guest will also be updated.
