How do I make the system track where my reservations are coming from?

Tracking your reservation sources will help you better determine the return on investment of your different marketing efforts. The tracking reservation sources option will show on the Guest Confirmation page.

Once you log into Reservation Nexus go to Settings -> Reservation sources. This will open the RESERVATION SOURCES page.

To create a list of reservation sources click on the "Add Source" button. This will open the SOURCE INFORMATION page.

The first two criteria on this page is What is the name of this reservation source? and Order:. Type in the name of the reservation source and then assign it a number according to how you want the reservation source to appear on Resnexus.

If you know the link code and return web link then go ahead and fill out the rest of the SOURCE INFORMATION page.

Otherwise, please call your Red Carpet Professional for help in obtaining the appropriate link code for your reservation sources.

Click "Save" when you are finished.
