How do I change what email we get confirmation emails on?

Once you log into Reservation Nexus go to Settings -> Phone Reservations. This will open the PHONE RESERVATIONS page.

From this page you can manage where your confirmation emails go to and how many days you would like to view reservations at a time on the Guest Management side.

Phone Reservations

Under Send a copy of all confirmation emails to: you will see the current email address that receives email confirmations. Change this email to the new email you want to receive confirmation emails on.

Click "Test E-mail" to send a test e-mail to the new address.

Click "Save" when you are finished.



Checkpoint   If you are not receiving confirmation emails, check the spam settings on your inbox.
