How do I get preferences to show up on the guest side and can I call it something else?Once you log into Reservation Nexus go to Settings -> Guest Reservations. This will open GUEST RESERVATIONS page. From here you can manage guest reservation settings such as randomizing rooms, limiting guests from booking too far in advance, default number of guests, etc. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with these options as you may want to make use of these later. Scroll down to the bottom of the GUEST RESERVATIONS page to Titles:. In the box next to "Preferences" you can change it to read as something else on your Online Reservation System. You may use this box to ask guests how they heard about you or to give guests opportunity to alert you to any special dietary needs or allergies if you serve a breakfast.
However, it will still say "Preferences" to the left of the box as a quick reference for you as the Innkeeper but whatever is typed into the box will appear on your online reservation system.
Click "Save" when you are finished. << Back |
