QuickBooks Integration

If you use QuickBooks for your finances, you can import or synch information from Reservation Nexus into QuickBooks. There are two ways to synch QuickBooks with Reservation Nexus. One way synchs Reservation Nexus payments only and the other option synchs all reservation information (rooms, retail items, packages, specials, etc.) and payment information.

Synch through your bank account or Authorize.net

Most banks offer QuickBooks integration free of charge as part of their service. If you use Reservation Nexus' seamless credit card processing which uses Authorize.net as the gateway, Authorize.net also offers exporting payment information to QuickBooks.
