Policies:

Awaken Inn is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. A 50% Deposit is due when booking your visit. The balance is due upon arrival. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 8 (eight) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $25 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than eight (8) days notice and before check-in, please understand your 50% will be forfeited. Shortened stays or early check-outs will be responsible for 100% of stay. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 12 Noon. Respectfully, there is No Smoking or pets. Children over 12 are welcome. We do not offer child care.
