At Blackberry Creek Retreat, our goal is to make your stay most memorable, relaxing, and rewarding. In order to do this, for you and our other guests, the following policies have been established. Please take a few minutes to review these policies, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions. The room rates include double occupancy and a full breakfast. Rates are quoted per night excluding tax. A $25.00 fee is charged for each additional guest in the room. Special rates can be quoted for single occupancy, special retreats with additional or all meals, long-term stays and business accounts (Sunday through Thursday) are available. Some high season, holiday or special event weekends may require a 2-night stay. All retreat and group functions may be quoted separately and subject to contract terms approval. A 50% deposit or an accepted credit card is required for a confirmed reservation. A full refund will be made for a cancellation received ten days prior to the reservation date. Your deposit, less $20.00 service charge, will be refunded in the event of cancellation up to five days prior to the reservation date. Last minute cancellations will not be refunded, however, you will be issued a credit for future use. Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks or cash will be accepted. Check-in time is between 4:00–7:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Please notify us if you need to make arrangements for an earlier or later arrival/departure time. A full breakfast is served typically between 8:30 AM and 10:30, however, we like to make this agreeable to our guests and their needs, where applicable. We will determine this upon your arrival and based on occupancy and needs of other guests. Please let us know of any special needs, food allergies or dislikes. As we strive at Blackberry Creek Retreat to make your stay a peaceful, romantic and restful atmosphere, we respectfully request no children or pets. Additionally for the comfort and safety of all guests, we offer smoking only in specific outside areas, NOT inside the facility. Failure to meet this requirement will subject to a $250 cleanup charge for the room smoked in.
